Understanding the NPPF

14 April 2012…..Clive Anderson’s Radio 4 programme, ‘Unreliable Evidence’ which went out on Wednesday, and is repeated tonight, 14th April, at 10:15pm, considers the brand new planning system brought into law on 27th March by the Coalition Government. It is understood to be a way of making it easier for developers to get planning consents.  Anderson is a trained barrister-turned-presenter and the guests for this edition of the programme look at the National Planning Policy Framework (the NPPF) from a legal practitioner’s perspective.  But in a thoroughly accessible way.  Highly recommend it.
